Many of the photographs used in this hiking story are not mine. They were
downloaded from the Internet. I have made an honest effort to contact the
person who took the photograph in order to ask their permission to use it
here. In many cases, this effort was unsuccessful. I assume that when somebody
puts a photograph out on the Web with no instructions regarding contact or copyright,
